Being a Combat Athlete requires the ability to rapidly create a strategy and successfully execute it. This is an essential skill for any human being, especially high-performing individuals like executives. Using a combination of biohacking exercise, gunfighting, and strategy & tactics, you are bound to leave Executive Warrior retreat with a new sense of confidence, skills and abilities.

We will start the day with a morning exercise that is highly specific and specialized for combat athletes. After the biohacking workout, you will learn combat tactics, followed by extensive situational drills and evolutions.

Executive Warrior Training
This is a private course instructed by SOTG trained Urban Marine Scout Sniper with real world experience, tactics, instruction and ability to develop effective, lethal shooters in a short period of time in a very relaxed and comfortable environment.

Weapon proficiency
Learn:
Terminal ballistics theory (know how to neutralize and disable threats)
Carbine and Pistol familiarization (learn all the parts inside and out)
Cycle of operation (know the stages of the weapons cycle)
Weapons malfunctions (learn to get your weapon back into the fight)

Drawing
Drawing from holster (wearing a gun belt)
Drawing from appendix (concealing your weapon in your waistband)
Drawing from surrender (taking back the advantage)

Deployable tactics & strategy
Speed and tactical reload (reload your weapon under stress and time)
Multiple threat engagement (pivoting and engaging in a 360* threat environment)
Immediate Incapacitation (methods to stop all threats)
Failure drill ( advanced methods)
Moving and Shooting (techniques for moving, shooting and communicating.

We will test a plethora of fighting kits, body, armor, weapons, optics and run night vision and infrared laser shooting scenarios!
Drills
Examples of drills - Gunfighting, Malfunctions, Multiple threat engagement, Offline engagement, Failure to stop drills, Shooting from cover and Shooting while moving.

Biomechanical Evaluation
Using a chart designed to provide instant feedback, we shoot together at a very slow and controlled pace and refine and improve your fundamentals and identify and correct faults.
Speed Reloads
This is a method of reloading your weapon, not retaining the magazine, where there is a clear and present threat that immediately needs to be neutralized. There is a slight window of time to reload and engaging the impending threat is paramount.
Tactical Reloads
This is a method of reloading your weapon, retaining the magazine, where there is ample time to reload and observe the threats with time and space to evaluate, adjust, communicate and reposition if need be.
BSA Drill
Balance, Speed, Accuracy is a drill to begin implementing rapid successional shots and learning to utilize the recoil to get back on target and fire at increasing speeds and distances over time. This drill is preparatory for the next evolution which is multiple threat engagement at varied distances.
